There 100 percent is no caffeine. A very small percentage of people, when their system has been taxed for a period of time, can undergo a paradoxical reaction. Even though Relax lowers the cortisol facilitating a deeper night sleep, it nourishes the adrenals and if your adrenals have been under stress for a long time a very small percentage of people might soak this up and have the paradoxical reaction. My suggestion Is to take 1 Relax midday. That starts the process earlier and still supports the nourishing of the adrenals which is obviously needed. As the system improves, I move take time again towards the evening.
I also recommend staying off cell phones and laptops two hours before bed, eliminating caffeine after 12 pm, and meditating 10 to 20 minutes a day to support the parasympathetic nervous system.
